The first time you use TeleConvenience, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security or tax ID number. You will be prompted to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know to safeguard your accounts.

The funds transfer option is available after you complete a "Funds Transfer Authorization" form available from your bank.
